Then put the second loop over the testicle and tighten the lower cuff only enough so that there is no pain and the testicle does not turn blue (tighten by feel - risk of congestion of the veins). Then insert the aluminium plug into the anus. This noble cuff and the plug (Ø max. approx. 3.00 cm, length: approx. 7.50 cm) are made of highly polished hard aluminium.
