The pelvic floor developer with soft silicone cover and no phthalates is specially designed for easy insertion. The ergonomic design allows a gradual increase in weight (5 g, 10 g, 20 g, 30 g). It is recommended to use Agua Quality lubricant during insertion. A cloth bag for transportation and storage is included and the product is presented in a sealed hygienic bag.
Recommendation for use:
1.Begin the treatment with no weight in the vagina, similar to using a tampon. Try to insert the developer for 15-20 minutes while standing or moving (not sitting or resting).
2.the developer's own weight tends to descend and fall, triggering a spontaneous contraction reflex of the pelvic floor muscles.
3.repeat this routine daily for the required length of time until you can carry the weight with complete comfort.
4. then add the next weight and repeat the process daily.
